EUREKA!

Last week FS2 had a class trip to Eureka in Halifax. It was a fantastic day! Miss Kitchen and Mrs Cameron were so proud of us; how we used the museum galleries, how we behaved in the museum, the example we set as children of Fieldhead Carr and how sensible we were at lunch time and during the coach journey. 
Mrs Frisby, Miss Clarke, Mrs Sinker, Mrs Holmes, Mr Harrison and Mrs Garth (Mrs Cameron's mum) all came with us too. They also had a brilliant day and had so much fun with us.

We explored all the galleries in the museum; 

• All About Me - where we learnt all about our bodies
• Living and Working Together - this had brilliant realistic role-play areas for us to use (A bank, garage, post office, a M & S, a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and attic)
• SoundSpace - where we learnt all about the science of sound
• SoundGarden - a sound area for the under 5's 
• Desert Discovery 
• Our Global Garden - all about the natural planet and growing
