What are we doing next week: Monday 5th December

Literacy: Be writing the insides for their Christmas cards they made last week. They will be encouraged to think about the layout of a card and careful letter formation deciding on what they want to write and using phonics to think about how to spell what they are wanting to put.

Maths: Be recognising, counting objects and then ordering with numbers 1-10 and then 11-20 where appropriate. There will be Christmas boxes with the numbers on, children will count presents into each box by recognising the number.

Topic: Be making collage holly reefs using paper plates as a base and adding their own design using holly pieces, berries and using hooks to hang as a real decoration. We will be discussing how holly, mistletoe and Christmas trees are evergreen and what this means.

Golden Children Thursday 1st December

Maddison: Maddison is always so fantastically behaved and shows super attutude in her learning. She is a great friend and has a caring personality.
Dylan: Dylan is a happy memeber of FS2 who always cheers up the adults and other children. I love to see Dylans enthusiasm for learning and joining in with a range of activities in the classroom!
